2. Closeness to the city centre? - Even with excellent public transportation options in Bangkok and well conected suburbs, something to consider is the heavy traffic at rush hour. A trip that normally takes 20 minutes daytime can take 2 hours or more in rush hour. Make sure you choose a home in close approximity to where you will be the most.
3. How crowded the place is? – Crowd is something, you cannot avoid in Bangkok. This city remains perennially crowded; day and night. Find an accommodation that is in one of the relatively less-crowded places. This could be a challenge because in doing so, you might end up compromising one of the two factors discussed before.
